We conduct actual processing tests to verify feasibility, quality, and effectiveness.
Covered at no charge when specialized jigs, laser oscillators, or optics do not incur significant cost. Conducted on the premise that you will consider placing an order after confirming feasibility.
Available as a paid service when the desired processing has not yet been concretely defined and the customer wishes to conduct experiments at our facility.
Demo Evaluation
We compile and report the demo results, evaluating processing feasibility, quality, and productivity. We organize the challenges toward mass production and the direction of the equipment requirements.
Equipment Specification
Based on the demo results, we finalize the equipment specifications, configuration, performance, and peripheral requirements.
Quotation & Order
Based on the confirmed specifications, we present a quotation along with delivery schedule, terms, and support details. Once you are satisfied with the proposal, we proceed to order.
Delivery & Acceptance
We deliver the equipment, perform installation, acceptance inspection, and operation verification. We support commissioning tailored to your environment.
Production & Support
Operations begin on the system we integrated. We provide maintenance, after-sales support, and ongoing improvement proposals to continuously enhance laser-driven productivity.
